Cancellation / Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy are as follow:
 

• If cancellation is done one day before the actual booking date then 20% of the booking amount will be deducted.
   
• If cancellation is done on the Same day before the booking slot time starts then 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.
   
• Once the cancellation is done then the deductible amount will be credited to your wallet which can be used in next time booking.
   
• RSSC management has full rights to cancel any of the booking without any prior notice. In case RSSC management cancels a booking, full refund will be credited to customer wallet.
